On Political Violence

If any form of poltical violence is justified it is violence of an artist against the entertainment industry. For this violence is unique in that the artist is superior to the entertainment industry, but the entertainment industry is opressive towards the artist. It is a relationship in which an obsolete institution is cutting down it's ever growing replacement.

The situation will inevitably end with the artists victorious. The day when artists break the laws protecting the entertainment industry, and defend themselves en masse against state punnishment for breaking those laws, is the day the revolution turns violent, and at that point, it will be over before it's started.
